The silent auction & raffle ticket sales are open from 

October 21 at 10am to October 27 at 7:30pm!

Winners for the raffle ticket prizes DO NOT have to be present at the event to WIN!

What's the address?

The event will take place at Cedar Crest Community Center, located at 1007 Hutchins Road, Dallas, TX.

Will we participate in every game?

Yes! At least one team member will participate in each game. For the obstacle course, every team member will get involved in some way.

​How many people can I have on my team?

Each team can have up to 5 members.

Is this an intense competition?

Each team can have up to 5 members.

I didn’t buy a ticket - is it too late to participate?

It’s too late to purchase a team ticket, but you can still buy a spectator ticket and enjoy watching all the action! VIP ticket holders will also have access to premium food, spirits, beer, and wine in the VIP Lounge. Don't miss out!

How do I participate in the silent auction?

You can participate in the silent auction online by clicking this link: Silent Auction Link. You do not need to be present to win!

Where do I park?

Parking will be available at Roosevelt High School, located at 525 Bonnie View Road, Dallas, TX. You can either walk or take our shuttle to the community center. Sponsors will have access to valet parking at Cedar Crest Community Center (1007 Hutchins Road).

What should I bring?

We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and bring water. Avoid large bags and purses as there will be no place to store them. Crossbody bags, drawstring bags or fanny packs are encouraged. Be ready to have fun and compete! If you have any more questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
